Because we're an enrolled GAPP provider, you can apply for the program through us directly — we submit and manage the application, and Georgia Medicaid makes the decision.

Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
GAPP is a Georgia Medicaid program created to support families of medically fragile children under 21 with in-home skilled nursing and personal care support. Care is ordered by the child's physician and delivered by a Medicaid-approved agency at no cost to approved families.
